   ㆍResponsible for daily SQ (Singapore Airlines) traffic matters at SQ Incheon Traffic Office. Covers both Operations and administration. May be assigned to assist a Senior staff in overseeing various areas of concern.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1. Daily Flight Operations

Ensure that SQ operates in an environment which adheres to policies/guidelines set out by the Company, airport agencies, and civil aviation authorities of Singapore and Korea.
Foster a close working relationship with airport authorities, and airport operator (IIAC) to provide an optimized operating environment to SQ.
Ensure that SQ upholds high standards of customer service delivery on the ground, based on guidelines set out by Airport Operations Department.
Will be assigned to specific roles for flights while on duty. While there will be Senior staff on duty, expected to take on ownership and problem solving whenever possible.
Handle any other duties as assigned by Station Manager SEL.

2. Station Administration

Maintain office decorum, staff discipline and welfare
Report compilation and writing
Clearing of station email boxes and telexes
Issuance and recording of Accountable Documents where applicable
Ensure all Station processes including contracts and invoice payment meet SQ Internal audit requirements

   ㆍ학력 : 대졸 이상(졸업예정자 가능)

   ㆍ경력 : 신입

Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office systems.
Good team player.
Possess an aptitude for customer service.
Keen focus on safety and security.
Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken).
