[CAE Korea] HR Coordinator/Generalist

 

CAE Flight Simulator Services Korea Co. Ltd.는 2012년에 설립된 회사로 자본금 83억 2,388만원, 매출액 284억 4,809만원, 사원수 46명 규모로 서울 강서구 하늘길 210(공항동, 한국항공화물청사)에 위치하고 있으며, 항공모의비행훈련장치를 통한 교육서비스 제공사업을 하고 있습니다.

 

포지션 및 자격요건

HR Coordinator / Generalist (1명)

We’re looking for a talented HR Coordinator/Generalist with a performance-driven and customer-focus mindset, who can perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including monthly payroll processing. The incumbent would play an integral role within our Korean office for all HR operational functions.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

1) Compensation & Benefits

  • Collect payroll change evidences every month from various internal stakeholders, 1st review of payroll output by vendor, process payroll within the timeline, maintain payroll records, input the data on timely basis

  • Run Compensation & Benefits programs such as earned/business income taxes, year-end tax settlement, merit increase, benefit programs, DC pension plan, payroll vendor, etc.

  • Prepare and mail (if necessary) payroll related documents for DC pension, student loan payment, social insurance, etc. and make monthly payments, implement medical check-ups, maintain C&B records & year-end tax settlement

2) HR Operations

  • Coordinate legally and company required training such as DC pension(to be completed before my departure), Disability Awareness in the Workplace(completed), sexual harassment prevention, etc.

  • Maintain a monthly headcount report for all employees, issue all HR-related correspondences such as employment letter, earned business income letter, etc.

  • Issue all HR-related documents for employees and contingent workers and not limited to employment letter, earned/business income letter, etc.

  • Keep rules of employment and employee handbook up to date

3) Talent Management

  • Manage an end-to-end recruitment process such as JD creation, internal/external job posting, screening, interview, evaluation, selection, negotiation, offer, recruiting agency management, job fair participation, liaising with candidates, etc.

  • Responsible for pre-employment communication, on-boarding, and continued support for new hires including foreign instructors not limited to foreign workers’ Visa/ARC, travel/medical insurance introduction, etc.

4) Other related responsibilities

  • Manage confidential and time-sensitive materials including all employee records (physical & electronic), HR matters in accordance with federal, state & employment laws as well as liaising with regulatory bodies

  • Handling department billing and invoices

  • Managing employee queries, drive employees’ engagement & wellness initiatives and participate in HR projects

  • Manage documentation as well as internal and external discussions for employee immigration cases as well as HR reports

  • Occasionally may be required to attend meeting with Global team after working hours

  • Maintain HR database in HR system – Workday, provide guidance to employees on HR matters such as performance management, employee relations, Visa, etc.

  • Other related HR Coordinator / Generalist responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager

Job Requirement

  • Solid 4–6 years of HR operational experiences in a fast-paced environment including experience in managing payroll for a minimum of 2–3 years

  • It is vital that the chosen candidate is organized, diligent, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams

  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (Korean and English) is a MUST

  • Naturally has passion for people and being able to connect with people with diverse background within the organization

  • Attention to details and strong responsibility for numbers

  • Able to handle confidential and time-sensitive materials is a MUST

전형절차

  • 해당 포지션은 최대 2년 계약직(Probation Period) 이후 근무 평가를 거쳐 정규직 전환 검토합니다.
