공항지점운영 및 인사관리, 일반행정업무를 총괄하며
안전, 보안 관련 규정을 철저히 준수하고 관리하는 역할을 수행합니다.
지점 운영의 안전성과 원활한 업무 진행을 위해 규정 준수와 사내 정책이행을 책임지는 핵심직무입니다.

Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in any discipline or Three (3) years working experience in all aspects of Ground Operations

2. Working experience with other carriers would be an advantage

3. Capable of working independently and work under pressure

4. Good communication skills

5. Willing to work on shift

6. Familiar with applicable standards and regulatory requirements related to Safety and Security

7. Familiar with emergency response procedures

8. Safety and Security conscious

9. A team player

10. Good analytical skills

11. Excellent Coaching skills and inter-personal skills

Role

• Responsible for general administration of the station which encompasses asset management, administrative and managing human resource activity at station.

• Batik Air Station Manager shall be held responsible to ensure that every aspect of regulatory requirements relating to Safety, Security and Quality are met and complied.

• The safe operation at stations, level of station compliance to the regulatory requirements and conformance to the policy and procedures is vital for the smooth operations of Batik Air.
